Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.


Carriers

We currently ship to the 50 United States using USPS Parcel Post or USPS First Class Rates where available.


Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by USPS, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.


Shipping Rates
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. We ship from our shop in Fremont California. This means that shipping items to the East Coast costs more than shipping the same items to the Midwest and West Coast.

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.


Free Shipping
If you spend $100 before sales tax your purchase will be shipped FREE to all 50 United States.


Back Orders
All items on our website are instock and will be shipped within 48 hours. There are no back orders.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Please note that shoes are NOT returnable. They are a final sale.

How To Return An Item

All items ship from our retail store. We check them carefully before shipping to make sure they are not defective in anyway.

If you want to return an item, it must be in its original unused condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Within 7 days of receiving the item, if you want to return it, please send an email to redcurbs@shopredcurbs.com to request a refund. Include the order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Refunds
If you want a refund for an item that was NOT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING it to you, you must pay the postage to return the item to us. Provided we receive the item from you in new, resellable condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the item minus a 10% restocking fee. The original postage you paid to ship the item to you will NOT be refunded. If we receive the item back from you and it is unsellable because it was used by you or damaged when you sent it back to us, we will not refund your money. In this case, you can request that we send the item back to you.

If you want a refund for a item DAMAGED IN SHIPPING it to you, we will pay for you to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item and determine that it was damaged during the original shipping, we will refund the full amount of the item and its shipping cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Clothing Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will have to pay return shipping and reshipping the new item to you.

You may NOT exchange shoes for a different size. They are a final sale.
